I come from a dance background. Proud to have been on a Broadway stage, performed around the world, and train to be healthy for the long run. I want you to be the best you. I know that you have to get outside your comfort zone to get the results you desire. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. If everyone could do it they would. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Professional Guidance

I came from the UK and I met Fitmachine at my gym where my workouts only consisted of Bicep curls and Chest Press's. He was quick to keep things light both in his humor and with the weights until I had solid form. Lasting Impact

I sought Dean out after taking one of his group fitness class's. I have always had an issue with yo-yo dieting and not being consistent at the gym. I've had other trainers who are on their phones, give basic workouts, and have no modifications. Dean is one to pay attention to detail, listen, and adjust. I have to admit I am high maintenance. I have back issues, shoulder issues, and sometimes a little knee pain. Dean had a library of exercises if one didn't fit or feel right. He also helped me get stronger to the extent of no back, knee, or shoulder pain. I genuinely feel he taught me how to use my body so that my everyday feels stronger, better, and healthier.
